Sharon is what I call a pit bull in your corner. She got my large home to market in 24 hours. How much time that saved with showings. I like how she  confers with others in her field about everything. It proved financially prudent for me. When you deal with difficult circumstances and people, Sharon will have your back. She will point out if you missed something ( I did, forgot I did not mean to convey something) in the fine print, but she not only let me know, she would have replaced it and did send additional help in when the buyers complained about any and everything. I felt like she was my only advocate selling and buying as I am a new Widow after 45 years of marriage and it all was stressful. It was my first buy and sell independently. She was able to get me my dream home when I never assumed I would be able to after just a couple of weeks of looking around.
